Form fields:
- Identifier (optional) — a unique operation code for quick identification. For example: work type code (REP-01), internal service code, or abbreviated procedure designation.
- Name (required) — the full descriptive name of the operation. For example: "Equipment Maintenance", "Electrical Equipment Repair", "Teaching Math Class", "System Diagnostics". Use clear names that will help when creating reports.
