Working with Timesheet

In this section you can work with the timesheet: view summary information about participants' working hours for the month.

1. Navigating to the Section

To navigate to working with the timesheet:

  • In the top navigation bar, click on the menu item Analytics.
  • In the dropdown menu that appears, select the Timesheet item.

After navigating, you will see the timesheet for the current month.

Display features:

  • The timesheet displays only those users who are allowed for viewing or management by the current user.
  • The timesheet shows data for exactly one month (all days from the 1st to the last day of the month).
  • For each user, the number of hours worked per day and the total for the month is displayed.
Access Settings

The ability to view other users' timesheets depends on access rights settings in the workspace.

To configure access rights:

  1. In the top navigation bar, click on the user menu.
  2. Select the Workspaces submenu.
  3. Then select the Members item.

2. Selecting the Month

To work with the timesheet for another month, use the date selection controls at the top of the page.

Selecting month via navigation buttons:

  • At the top of the page under the label Month and year, the currently selected month and year is displayed.
  • To the left and right of the date are buttons with left and right arrows.
  • Use these buttons to quickly move to the previous or next month.

Selecting month via calendar:

  • Click on the button showing the month and year (between the arrow buttons).
  • A popup window for month selection will open with the title Month.
  • The window displays a list of all months of the year (from January to December).
  • Select the desired month by clicking on it in the list.

Selecting year:

  • At the bottom of the month selection popup window is a year dropdown list.
  • Click on the year field to open the list of available years.
  • Select the desired year from the list.
  • You can also use the left and right arrow buttons to move to the previous or next year.

Applying selection:

  • The timesheet automatically updates immediately after selecting the month or year.
  • To close the popup window, you can click the OK button or click outside the window.

3. Viewing Records for a Day

The timesheet allows you to view detailed information about records for a specific day and navigate to editing reports.

Viewing details on hover:

  • Hover the mouse cursor over a cell with the number of hours on any day of the month.
  • A popup window will appear with the title Details.
  • The window displays brief information about records for that day (identifiers, elements, operations, and number of hours).

Viewing detailed information:

  • Click on the cell with the number of hours.
  • Below the timesheet table, a section with details for the selected day will appear (for example, Details for January 5, 2026).
  • This section displays cards for all records of the day with full information:
    • Record identifier
    • Element and operation
    • Number of hours worked and night hours
    • User information
    • Date and time of creation and last modification of the record

Navigating to record editing:

  • Click on any record card in the details section.
  • You will be redirected to the Reports page for the corresponding day.
  • On the reports page, the Report table will display a list of all records for that day.
  • The record you clicked on will be highlighted in green for easy searching.
  • On the reports page, you can edit, duplicate, transfer, or delete the record.
Navigation Convenience

This feature allows you to quickly move from viewing summary information in the timesheet to detailed editing of a specific record in the report, which is especially convenient when working with large amounts of data.
